While I have worked across various industries (property development & management, public transport, technology start-ups and finance including private equity, venture capital and value investing) the one common theme is my passion for value creation beyond merely financial. As an experienced leader with a track record of managing high performing teams, complex projects and strategic programs in the areas of business development, marketing and corporate governance, my focus is centred around people. Honing in on personable skills and building productive and loyal teams as well building strong relationships with clients and customers. Delivery is key! And this only occurs through effectively and whole-heartedly partnering with customers to develop valuable sustainable solutions. I have been fortunate to develop these skills through leading transformational change programs both in Australia and internationally through successful negotiation and stakeholder engagement.
