Responsible for patient retention and advocacy programs + support for Division marketing and sales efforts. Well-versed in all resources available to the patient's needs including the medical, psycho-social, and insurance/reimbursement areas of their comprehensive care. These programs include but are not limited to the manufacturer programs, FDA,CDC, PSI, local Hemophilia Foundation Programs, national organization programs, and available private, state and federal healthcare programs.Acts as a single point of contact for assigned chronic customers to provide information on division services. Work independently with little or no supervision.
