- Implemented DBS (Danaher Business System) Playbook through all of Global Logistics by maintaining our Kaizen Funnel and Certified Practitioner Funnel.- Installed Visual and Daily Management Meetings throughout 12 of our Global Logistics Departments- Trained all new hires during hyper growth on DBS 101 and conducted Visual and Daily Management Workshops across the company- Facilitated 6 Kaizen events(with more on the way), including Visual and Daily Management, Production Process Preparation, Standard Work, and Value Stream Mapping.
