I really started working in high school at the fast food chain Arby's, but my first work experience was when I was an intern at my local theatre. While there, I learned a lot about organizing a group of people/children and taking charge of a situation, In addition to handling angry customers/parents. This went on for three years until I eventually was able to have a job at Arby's, There I was able to use the knowledge I learned from my intern work, which led to great success. I was at first all around the kitchen, until I found my niche in talking to the customers. Thankfully my manager saw this and kept me in the cashier position the rest of my time there. From then on, I grew to be very responsive and helpful to the customers. Getting many costumers to even tell my manager how happy they were with my service. Now I just hope to use this knowledge on my future jobs and help as many people as I can!
