About Jonathan Lewin
Studied Forensic Engineering at Sheffield Hallam University before joining EA Technology as a graduate consultant in the Analytical team. Developed skill sets in failure analysis and materials interpretation along with oil analysis interpretation, with a view to condition assessment and life extension strategies.After progressing within the team I moved into the Analytical Team Leader role responsible for management of the team and delivery of the failure investigations and oil analysis projects within the EA Technology Group across the globe. Working closely with our other proposition areas and team leaders to deliver sound asset management work streams.Appointed Proposition Lead for the Oil Diagnostics proposition set and planned, specified, implemented and commissioned EA Technology’s new laboratory dedicated to HV oil analysis. I was responsible for the ongoing delivery and continued development of all Oil Diagnostics projects and contracts within EA Technology. Our new state of the art Oil Diagnostic Laboratory is aimed at efficient and accurate delivery of oil analysis and diagnostics for all oil filled assets such as Transformers, Tap Changers, Switchgear and Cables.I moved onto Team Leader and Proposition Lead for both the Oil Diagnostics and Power Forensics (Failure Investigations) and I am now Head of Analytical Services responsible for the global remit of both business streams and responsible for the ongoing business strategy, growth and operational delivery.
