Jonathan is an archaeologist with over 10 years of experience in Cultural Resource Management. He exceeds the Secretary of Interior’s qualifications for an Archaeologist and is a member of the Register of Professional Archaeologists (RPA). Mr. Libbon has extensive experience in the application of Section 106 laws with various federal, state, and local agencies and entities. Mr. Libbon has assisted a variety of industries with their Section 106 requirements, including energy infrastructure, transportation, federal and private development, and telecommunications primarily in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, Midwest, Great Plains, and Great Lakes regions. His direct involvement in these projects has given him experience in archaeological project guidance, agency and stakeholder consultation, managing fieldwork/data analysis/report preparation, and providing cultural resource project support. Mr. Libbon is currently serving in leadership roles for a number of regional and national archaeological societies.
