Legal Contracts Manager
CurrentLegal Contracts Manager for large procurement and business process outsourcing provider specializing in managing and optimizing non-strategic spend for various Fortune 1000 companies. - Prepare, negotiate and manage a variety of commercial and non-commercial contracts with customers and vendors across multiple industries, including Supplier/Vendor Agreements, Statements of Work, Terms of Business, Master Services Agreements, Confidential Disclosure Agreements, Data Privacy Agreements, etc. - Serve as liaison between customer Legal, Procurement and outside suppliers and attorneys to ensure timely completion of procurement agreements during contract negotiation- Counsel internal procurement clients on challenges and issues with respect to supplier engagement and the implementation of supplier agreements - Develop and improve supplier agreement templates and onboarding requirements to support and meet the needs of the business and internal clients- Partner with internal legal counsel and business partners to negotiate red-lined external agreements and implement corporate flow down templates- Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, procurement buyers, suppliers, and third-party contractors- Manage contract lifecycle, maintain and oversee contract management platform, and ensure continued compliance with active contractual arrangements- Manage and provide legal guidance and support to a remote contracts administration team engaged in supplier onboarding and supplier relationship management. Guidance includes the review and analysis of supplier risk assessments, compliance with insurance requirements, and implementation of agreement templates
