At MediaMath, I began as the first recruiter in EMEA and advanced to lead Global Talent Acquisition based in the US. Over 6.5 years, I earned five promotions and relocated from London to New York to implement best practices from EMEA and APAC across the US.As a member of the People Leadership Team and reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, I drove the development and execution of comprehensive recruitment strategies.
