 Leading a group of 12 R&D engineers plus 5 contingent workers in New Product Introduction and Maintenance Release projects. Mentor, Coach and develop engineers from different expertise level in their career plans, soft and technical skills.  Responsible to carry out the performance appraisals and manage the rewards & recognition activities. Project management between 3+ geographies and cross-functional teams. Worked together with the engineers on developing innovation ideas, which contributed in projected savings of approximately $250,000. Created SQL based reporting that enable the organization to better manage the business intelligence processes and be more effective in their decision making process. Improved in 100% the defect finding rate the team had on New Product Introduction (NPI) and 50% on Maintenance Release projects.
