Executive Housekeeper with demonstrated history of working in the hospitality and tourism industry, specializing in hotel operation. Currently, I am the Executive Housekeeper, Learning Development and Service Excellence at Marina Bay Sands. Working in the Housekeeping department allows me to ensure the cleanliness and quality of the rooms to deliver the “home away from home” experience for all guests. I am passionate about the hospitality business and inquisitive about the ever-changing hospitality industry. This job allows me to interact and see the dynamic and importance of working with not only internal stakeholder but also external stakeholders. With my data analyst skills, I am able to analyze and interpret data related to the housekeeping department, such as guest feedback, cleaning schedules to optimize the department's performance and improve the overall efficiency of the housekeeping department/team.As a graduate of Singapore Institute of Technology – Hospitality Business, and a firm believer of being the “Catalysts for Transformation”, I love to bring in new ideas, creating value for the working environment through innovation and improving people’s life. As an ardent Scuba Diver, I am always looking forward towards my next diving adventure and love exchanging stories of the wonder of the ocean with people from all walks of life.
