• QA/QC (Capital Projects- Piping, Mechanical, Coatings, Insulation, Civil/Structural.)• Weld Mapping and weld tracking.• Flange Mapping and Flange Tracking.• Managing and preparing Welder Qualification/PQR/WPS• Manage the WQR and PQR databases, identifying any expiry dates.• Shop piping fabrication on various materials such as Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Hastelloy, Duplex, Alloy 20 and Chrome.• Building of Inspection Test Plans, Work Packages, and Client Turnover packages.• Responsible for all Scheduling of NDE testing and Documentation.• Hydro and Pneumatic testing.• Verify all Coatings and Insulation work has been completed per client specifications.• Conduct inspections according to Inspection Test Plans.• Auditing conducted on contractor’s records, MTR’s on materials being used, test certificates of filler metal, WPS and PQR’s.• Inspection of piping spools per isometric drawing (Verifying Dimensions and fitting Orientation).• Maintain a job file of all the Contract Documents.• Make daily inspections of the work in progress across disciplines and maintain very accurate records of these inspections.• Observe worker using equipment to verify that equipment is being operated and maintained according to quality assurance standards.• Verify corrective actions that have been taken when discrepancies have been identified. Must also submit a report on the methods and procedures that were used to correct identified problems.• Review all inspection reports for compliance.• Prepare nonconformance reports to the QA/QC Manager and assist in developing corrective actions.• Assist in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities.• Assure all nonconformance and resolution activities are communicated in appropriate manner with all stakeholders.• Review inspection test packages during the project.• Review Procedures for Post Weld Heat Treating and inspect weld once treated and place Documentation in the packages it pertains too.

Make, Inspect and Turnover piping packages. Make sure packages meet client specs, standards and or code. Approve hydro testing and Pneumatic testing, verify all NDE was completed per client specs, weld map and flange map, inspect flanges, make up and verify torquing was done correctly, verify flow direction on piping systems. Visually inspect all welds and keep an accuarate weld log.
