Throughout the past few years I’ve worked in a customer service based role. Whether it was pouring a drink for a stranger or verifying a patients insurance policy every interaction has shaped my character today. Ive learned to apply skills I’ve achieved for example, mastering the use of Microsoft Office applications, being fluent in the Spanish language, and most of all patience and respect. Throughout my experiences I’ve learned that having patience will get you through a lot of rough situations and a lot of great ones.
