As the Sr. National Account Manager, Compass Sectors I am responsible for leading the team that calls on Compass North America for Red Bull's Non-Commercial National Accounts division. My priorities for this role include the development of strategic volume, share, and distribution goals as well as aligning, selling and executing national marketing plans with all Compass sectors (Business & Industry, Healthcare, College & University, Vending)In addition to managing Compass Group from a HQ level, I am also responsible for managing and developing a national team of four regional sales managers. My responsibilities include developing and executing sales and distribution KPI's as well as coaching and leading a high performing team.

As the Foodservice Distribution Manager at Red Bull North America I am responsible for managing the relationship within our foodservice distribution network and managing foodservice sales across a six state region. The main priorities of my role include managing a sales team of sales associates, owning distribution and volume goals within the region, leading the implementation of our ways of working, and developing premium brand execution that is in alignment with our national Red Bull strategy.
