I am responsible for coordinating and overseeing Security Operations and Security Professionals for an account. I am also responsible for maintaining client relations, directing, coordinating and overseeing all activities of the onsite Security staff, including hiring, supervisory development, training and operations functions at this account in accordance with client requirements and company standards. In addition, I am also tasked to meet or exceed financial & operational goals; provide quality customer service. I maintain and oversee maintenance of weekly operating schedules and completion of payroll for assigned security personnel. I also provide after-hour emergency response as required.

Enforces Allied Universal’s policies as outlined in the handbooks and executive memos; Assures that employee grievances are heard with help from appropriate district or region HR support employees and Account or Operations Manager; Communicates staffing needs on shift to Account Manager or Operations Manager;Assists with the communication of policies and company announcements. Provides the basis of a great place to work by treating staff with respect; Oversee the staffing and on-site training for security officers assigned to my shift and site;Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for those under my direct supervision; Respond to client requests; Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance when assigned to his/her shift; Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met; Maintain overtime to a preset requirement designated by Allied Universal.

Ensure the facility is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property. Report safety concerns, security breaches and unusual circumstances both verbally and in writing. Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client employees and guests. Answer questions and assist guests and employees.Answer phones or greet guests / employees in a professional, welcoming manner.
