Founded venture aimed at decarbonising Europe's building stock by building a one-stop-shop for the installation and operation of an innovative, simple and affordable renewable heating solution for decentrally heated buildings- Led fundraising for public grants (~€100k secured through EXIST) and angel round (>€100k commitments), incl. development of fundraising plan, investor story, pitch deck, business plan and doing pitches- Drove customer research and marketing, incl. over 100 interviews (B2B and B2C); creating messaging and design of website, flyers, newspaper and online ads; continuously iterating channels and messaging based on KPIs- Participated in sales meetings (B2B and B2C), partner interactions (GTM) and the organisation of pilotinstallations with external craftsmen incl, being on site during work- Decided to end venture as key hypotheses on how rapid growth would be possible where disproven

Was part of a c.60-person cohort of aspiring founders with various backgrounds, looking to find a team and start building their next ventures during a 10-week program. Explored numerous ideas in the space of retrofitting residential buildings, incl. numerous customer and expert interviews, trade fair visits and coaching sessions .

Worked on 40+ strategy and commercial DD projects for leading investors (e.g. KKR, CVC, Carlyle, Warburg Pincus, HG) and industry players (e.g. Unilever, Refresco, Douglas, Zabka, CBRE) across all of OC&C sectors (TMT, B2B Services, Leisure, Retail & Consumer Goods). Managed teams of up to 5 consultants with responsibilities incl. planning of workstreams, day-to-day management of team as well as deriving & communicating key implications for the client.Consistently rated in top 20-25% of cohort in semi-annual reviews, with particular strengths in team working, project management & ownership, commercial insight and problem solving.Supported growth of new office to c.25 employees’ through e.g., organizing recruiting events, interviewing, mentoring and leading the German offices ESG team.
