For more than 15 years, Jonathan’s focus has been on healthcare. His experience includes government relations, strategy, regulatory policy and compliance including advocating at the federal and state level. Jonathan has promoted legislative, regulatory and business strategy for nonprofit and for profit enterprises. Jonathan currently is the Head of Delegate Oversight at Oscar Health and tasked with ensuring compliance of over 100 delegates. Jonathan is a former Government Programs Compliance Manager at HCSC in Chicago. Previously, Jonathan was a Regulatory Manager for Tessellate a division of BCBSM. At both Tessellate and BCBSM, Jonathan established a department framework for compliant business operations with ACA, Medicaid and Medicare Advantage rules including risk adjustment and quality requirements for health plans. Prior to helping form Compliance Solutions, LLC, Jonathan served as Manager of Legislative and Regulatory Policy at the American Dental Association in Washington, D.C. There he represented the Association before the executive and legislative branches in the areas of Healthcare Reform, Medicare, Healthcare quality, HIPAA compliance, student education, OSHA regulations and SBA issues. Jonathan has authored and coauthored numerous reports, congressional testimony and other health policy materials concerning medical and dental issues. He has organized and presented at national and state-focused meetings on such issues as access to health services and Healthcare reform.Jonathan earned his Bachelor degree from Eastern Michigan University. Jonathan remains current with new technologies and strategies and has revived a M.H.A. and a M.B.A from the University of Detroit Mercy. His final M.B.A. coursework was taken at Loyola University Chicago. He is currently a student at Northwestern University’s School of Law.
