Head Of Information Technology Operations
Current- Oversee the daily operations of the IT Operations department to ensure the functionality, confidentiality, integrity, availability, and security of Sigma7 IT systems, data, backups, and communications; troubleshoot and remediate issues that arise. - Serve as the operations liaison with MSPs for all security incident response activities, partnering with the Information Security Manager and Director of Information Security and Technology, while effectively communicating swift response actions and response from the MSPs following a Prepare, Identify, Contain, Eradicate, Recover and Lessons Learned (PICERL) framework for security incident response. - Serve as the operational manager for all MSP procedure development and enforcement following the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework for IT incident handling, service design, IT events, requests, reporting, change control, and configuration management. - Serve as the tier II escalation point of contact for all MSP helpdesk escalation pertaining to tickets, events, incidents, and security incidents. - Develop and inform annual security and technology budgets and procure IT equipment and professional services in accordance with Sigma7’s Procurement and Contracting Policy - Manage information technology projects; coordinating with internal and external resources, timetables, budgets, and the reporting to project stakeholders across the multi-tenant/ multi-cloud environment. - Develop, mature, and enforce department policies, process and procedures documentation and provide internal training to department and impacted end user employees and contractors. - Evaluate and assess strategic solutions that leverage new and emerging technologies to drive process automation and improve organization effectiveness and efficiencies.
