I started working when I was 14 years old, and I've had a half-dozen jobs since that don't appear to have much to do with each other. I've had good days and bad days, and jobs I liked or didn't like. Finding a career has been a learning process- school one part of it (I switched from mechanical engineering to economics halfway through college), and work another. You take little things from all these jobs, whether you realize it at the time or not. As a rec center attendant and a liquor store cashier, I learned that I liked customer-facing roles. As an insurance salesman, I learned that I didn't like high-pressure sales and cold calls- but that I did enjoy marketing activity. As the marketing manager at the midwest's largest auto accessory store, I affirmed these lessons and realized a third that has been true throughout my working life- I love working in small business environments.With Gamble Communications, I aim to work with more small businesses and help their American dreams succeed by providing marketing services that make sense for each business. Every small business is different, and cookie-cutter approaches aren't going to get the results they need. My personal promise is that I'll get to know your business better than any large agency ever would- because not only should your business's personality shine through, but more knowledge can only lead to better results.
