Secured two purchase orders for installation of 20 FireALERT MK I systems in Deadwood, South Dakota and Fallbrook, California.Oversaw design evolution of first and second generation Event Management and Mitigation Software Platforms (EMMP) providing first responders with map based geolocation data of fires when detected by FireALERT systems. On-boarded military consultant for program of sustained marketing with Department of Defense (DoD). Led efforts to market solar energy harvesting capabilities to U.S. Special Operations Forces (SOF) and Army Communications-Electronics Research, Development and Engineering Center (CERDEC), amongst other agencies. Managed high level program management for DoD contract handling product concept design and development, kickoff meetings, design reviews, interim and closeout meetings, report generation, and budget management. Achievements:• Led team in garnering combined $2.7M DoD BAA 3 year contract for design and development of solar energy harvesting solution to power government sensors for SOF and CERDEC by directing extensive marketing campaign, conducting numerous meetings with government program managers, and leveraging prior military contacts. • Ran ongoing investor relations activities, from 2007 to 2011, raising $7M+ through sale of company’s private equity to fund ACS operations. • Spearheaded initiative that, in 2010, led to acquisition of Vigilys software platform along with key software development personnel and assets from subsidiary of Patriot Scientific Corporation, through research of market for alternate software that could perform a similar function as EMMP software.
