• Devised and conducted in-depth interviews with members of senior management to ascertain critical business problems and analyzed those problems.• For example, I designed detailed visualizations of ICS’s markup percentage for every global market, produced charts for the month-by-month revenue performance per vehicle-class, visualized how changes in the exchange rates for different currencies affect sales in different countries, improved the tracking capabilities for the performance of the website, and more, all arranged in a user-friendly interface with easy-to-use time and item-based filters for the management’s usage.• Pre-processed and cleaned raw extracted data from the organization's SQL server database consisting of 10m+ records. This included reading and understanding the C# code that defines the database and coordination with the IT department.• Achieved both a higher level of transparency for management regarding the company’s operations and the ability to establish measurable KPIs.• Assembled a pipeline for data extraction, data cleaning, feature engineering, and grid-searching multiple machine learning cluster algorithms and hyperparameters to cluster the different customers into definable groups.• Interpreted the meaning of the clusters by constructing decision trees and collaborating with business personnel. Used storytelling to translate data regarding client trends and recommended strategies based on generated insights.
