Weekly and monthly operations reporting to the plant manager, monitored and improved OEE, EH&S and Continuous Improvement efforts. Developed direct reports (7 Frontline Leaders and 1 project coordinator) to improve safety, accountability and productivity. On an ongoing basis, analyzed manufacturing activities, labor costs, productivity, capacity, etc…. in order to set and achieve the yearly budget. Initiated productivity improvement projects and executed capital improvement projects to reduce operating costs and improve efficiency, safety and quality compliance.
