The ICT Manager within the WCS DRC Program is a key member of the Operations Department. He works with various offices and locations to manage the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and workstations. It ensures that staff have the necessary equipment and software and that these systems are functioning properly. He continuously analyzes technology needs, recommends upgrades and patches, and manages the implementation of new software and hardware on budget and on time. Together with the Central Africa Region and WCS headquarters, it ensures protection against cyberattacks and guarantees data security.
