I hold skills that have been naturally progressive for me, such as identifying potential improvements to reduce risks and improve efficiency, recruiting and developing multi-disciplinary team members, and working collaboratively across all levels.Having established a resounding career of over 21 years in competitive sports, I have progressed through both roles as a manager and competitive sailor, with notable highlights such as winning the Americas Cup three times, 1st place in world series competitions and successfully building an admirable team of 20 in both business and sporting areas.Holding a reputation as a results-driven individual, I have always embraced challenges and endeavoured to explore innovative ways to solve unique problems and am excited to carry these strengths into a new sector. Recently I have taken action around my passion for sustainability and started my own consultancy company Inner Loop Solutions. At the core of this company is my drive and ambition to help organisations apply circular economy principles, to enable them to reach solutions that are not only sustainable, but also finically beneficial. My key qualities include leading teams toward organisational success, designing and developing large-scale programs, and delegating multi-million-pound budgets effectively whilst introducing cost savings for the organisation.
