Account Manager

Responsibilities:•Deliver consistently across all 4 key areas – Sales, Service, Risk and People.•Support Area and Regional management team to ensure targets achieved across all zones.•Adhere to all risk and compliance standards with agreed, robust action plans addressing root causes.•Complete customer exit chats to ensure fair outcomes are achieved through compliant sales.•Identify risks through monitoring and analysis of MI and completion of branch risk checks. Use constructive feedback from branch audits to ensure root cause addressed and any high risk issues dealt with immediately.•Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders including other business units to meet the needs of my customers.•Coach, develop and motivate colleagues and local management team ensuring their awareness and understanding of set responsibilities.Achievements:• Managed a high performance team within one of the biggest retail branches in Scotland West with exceptional results•Consistent good/strong appraisal rating year on year.•Top Bank of Scotland branch in Scotland West Region for Sales Performance in Quarter 1 2012 – 161% to target.•2 Green independent Risk Audits in last 12 months.•Developed capability of several colleagues to see them successfully move on in their career.•Successfully worked through formal performance improvement plans with colleagues resulting in them moving from underperformers to good performers.
