This expedience is tempered by my need to ensure I’m thinking first about the decision's relevance to my goals, and then the implications of such a decision on the business and the people within it. I set high standards of work quality for myself and others and I’m concerned with both the timely accomplishment of objectives, and, to an equal degree, the specific details of how things get done.
