Jonathan has over 20 years of vast audit and assurance experience spanning both local (over 8 years) and international (12 years in Singapore) in a wide range of clients including public and listed companies, multinational, not-for-profit organizations and the private sector. His industry experience includes financial services, insurance, shipping, agriculture, property, trading and manufacturing, professional services, utilities, professional organizations and investment holding companies.He has gained valuable experience in assisting companies going for Initial Public Offering in the PSE, SGX-ST and NASDAQ and Reverse Takeovers. He has also led audit engagements listed in the PSE, SGX-ST and NYSE in accordance with PFRS, SFRS/IFRS and US GAAP, based on PSA, SSA/ISA, US GAAS and US PCAOB standards, respectively. He also led financial due diligence engagements for mergers and acquisitions.Aside from being an Audit Partner, he leads the Business Development for Audit and the Head of Quality for the Firm to ensure the Firm’s initiative in the development of and implementation of Forvis Mazars core values and quality standards.He is an active representative to the Forvis Mazars' Global Asset Management and Global Insurance Communities.He is a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines and has completed his Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management.
