Responsibilities include:Serving as Project Manager on a variety of projects to complete and release key process improvements and updates according to FDA Design Control Guidelines, including new or improved Manufacturing Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, Software, Processes, and Equipment according to FDA requirements. Working with multifunctional teams from across a variety of internal departments to complete tasks and deliverables within a timely manner, including assisting with company preparation for manufacturing expansion into the EU. Addressing and closing Non-Conformance Investigation Reports (NCIR) and Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) according to FDA guidelines within a timely manner.Working with internal production, internal customers, and external vendors to quantify problems, troubleshoot issues, determine solutions, and schedule on-site maintenance visits when necessary.Attending Job Fairs and Recruitment Drives to scout for and interview prospective candidates for positions within various departments within the company.

Heavily involved in Alpha II engineering, design, testing, fabrication of Prosthetic foot.Involved in patient testing of foot with trial patients.Involved in design, engineering, and use of molds/tools in foot manufacture.Minimally involved in bicycle fork testing.
