• Approach potential Construction prospects seeking out decision makers to better understand how Fastenal can partner through product offering and solutions for success. • Meet with various Construction Stakeholders and Fastenal Branches to strategize and propose proper product lines and Fastenal Solution that best fit their needs (Vending Program, On-sites Cages, MRO or OEM Products, Product On Demand Containers at Jobsites, E-Commerce, Etc.). • Research multiple leads to qualify the opportunity and potential partnership they can bring to Fastenal. • Utilize communication via (emails, phone calls, referrals) to pursue business prospects.• Frequently engage in product trainings to stay current on new innovations in the commercial and industrial fields.

• Oversee various onsite implementations on Customer sites, configure vendor managed inventory layouts and large scale vending installs for product on demand. • Work with Microsoft Office efficiently (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Word Documents).• Use Excel to perform daily tasks (Formulas, V-lookups, and Customize Spread Sheets to Import and Print Labels).• Communicate via Outlook (emails) with Customers and Leads to inform them about project status,as well as, performing end of the month expense reports for materials, toll roads and hotel stays. • Interact with Customers at the facilities to develop a plan that will increase productivity bymanaging and help them be more proficient in locating product.• Organize and identify various materials in chronological order including (Fasteners, Hydraulic Fittings, Plumbing, Electrical, Rigging, Etc.).• Work with coworkers as a team to accomplish the Project in an appropriate time frame in order to hit the deadline.• Ability to work in a variety of conditions including (Hot, Cold, Dirty) and also exercise the ability to Stand, Walk, and Climb for long periods of time.

• Assist walk-in customers with finding the material they need for their tasks as well as helping them navigate around the store.• Answer incoming calls from customers and asking open-ended questions to better pin point their needs.• Coach customers through the various steps on our website to narrow down the product they are looking for.• Receive in products from the trucks through the computer system and restock the floor with the merchandise.• Complete a variety of tasks on the computer system including: Stock Checks, Inventory Relocating, Cycle Counts, Fast Cash Payments, Invoices, Branch Transfers, Etc.• Pull merchandise orders and deliver the products to various customer locations in a timely manner.• Work at one of our onsite locations (Lectrus) with a co-worker to refill the vending machines as well as reordering materials to restock the machines.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, templates, and drawings to correctly outline and install HVAC systems.• Fabricate, assemble, install and repair sheet metal duct for highly efficient HVAC systems.• Customize parts of duct on construction sites using shears, hammers, punches, and drills.• Required to stand for long periods of time, bend often, climb ladders, and squat for heavy lifting.• Able to work with co-workers efficiently to maneuver and anchor large sheet metal duct in a timely manner.

• Ability to work with several Foreman/GF through email to place orders for commercial and industrial work material for various jobsites.• Use of customer service skills to build professional relationships with multiple vendors (Wholesale Electric, Swagelok, Allied Steel, Rexel).• Organized, filed, and documented all orders in a method that was easily transferred or referenced.• Demonstrated strong communication skills with other companies on material that are needed as well as the ability to inventory large or small orders frequently. • Ability to identify and differentiate between materials (Cable, Fittings, ETC) needed for jobsites inside and outside the plant. • Ability to manage time efficiently, enabling me to achieve multiple tasks simultaneously.
