This position works under the In-House Consul and Real Estate Director. The role involves fostering a collaborative work environment and managing multiple responsibilities. Key tasks include overseeing rental properties, tracking lease renewals, updating mortgage charts for quarterly reviews, and handling franchise license applications and renewals. Assisting the Real Estate Director on current and new development projects are among the responsibilities of this position. Other duties include tracking real estate and property tax bills, coordinating with outside counsel, and processing bills and expense reimbursements. Additionally, the role involves managing bank accounts, office supplies, service contracts, organizing office events, and maintaining the conference room schedule.
