- Managed Clackamas Goodwill Store: 35+ employees, $3.1 Million in sales, 97.2% production- Assisted management team and employees with trouble shooting issues for computer hardware and software- Trained cashiers and production associates to help the store meet its sales and production goals - Provided employees with probational and yearly evaluations that focused on standards set by GICW- Assisted Loss Control Prevention Officers in protecting GICW property and its customers- Hired staff that are mission oriented - Mentored staff members to help them achieve their goals within GICW

- Managed the Seneca District; 83 units, 2,400+ volunteers and youth, raise over $280,000 from the district and local business, generate reports that quantify our capacity building, volunteer requirement, and fundraising potential- Collaborated with volunteers to implement Day Camp, Cub-o-ree, Klondike Derby, University of Scouting, Fishing Day, Tiger 500, Join Scout Night, Eagle Scout Projects, Popcorn Kick Off, and numerous community events- Supervised the Leave No Trace Committee, in its mission to educate all people worldwide on how to conduct respectful stewardship in the outdoors, by contracting budgets, procuring Certificate of Insurances, reimbursing volunteers, providing meeting space, and supplying necessary materials needed for training- Solicited local schools, business, and faith base organizes to charter with the Boy Scouts of America- Insured organizational policy and procedures centered around adult leaders that include compliance with mandatory training, completion of necessary application and passing a back ground check- Teach and mentor volunteers the skills needed to provide a successful program to the youth, how to strengthen their unit and create a sustainable unit- Created beneficially mutual relationships with volunteers, local business, community groups, public/private schools, and community members in the Seneca District
