I am developing cell-based drug discovery tools for target validation and mechanism of action studies of a cancer metabolism target of interest within the autophagy pathway. I am additionally exploring potential biomarkers for predicting whether specific tumor subtypes are sensitive or resistant to autophagy inhibition.
