I work with a variety of people in difficult circumstances and try to advise them on their best possible outcomes. This invloves me working with people to explore their cirucmstances and how they arrived at this situation, outlineing their solutions and working towards an amicable outcome which best helps them.

Whilst working at Marston, I was critical to the running of a successful debt collection team. I develop learning and coaching methods to overcome skill gaps that agents would have and worked on assisting them improve their skill set. It was a great experience and I enjoyed helping people to exceed their targets. I worked to induct new starters to the team.

Whilst working here, I taught a variety of different topics from personal hygiene, and history, to critical thinking skills. I had large groups of people with variety of issues and needs and was able to communicate with them a number of different skills.

The young people were all excluded from mainstream school and had a variety of issues and problems. I have taught subjects including Business Studies; and Maths and have even wrote my own course for History, covering such topics as the Second World War, the Cold War and the Wild West.

My duties involved helping people with their individual problems on a one-to-one basis, negotiate different strategies for helping the residents with their situations, maintaining relationships with other agencies, dealing with crisis management, maintaining a vairety of different records and paperwork, health and safety issues ranging from umexplected.
