As a Major Accounts District Manager, my role was to align custom tailored business solutions in order to help an organization achieve their strategic goals. I consulted organizations in the DC Metro area on how an automated workforce management solution that eliminated redundant data entry, silos of data, and compliance gaps would increase transparency, improve efficiencies and in turn, drive a healthier bottom line.

Beginning my career as a Management Trainee in 2006, I was a top performer amongst my peers from the start. Through hard work, the hunger to learn, perseverance, dedication, and the goal to be the best, I achieved multiple promotions through various levels of management. From Assistant Manager to Branch Manager, I was able to consistently develop top performing employees, increase sales revenue, market share, client retention and reduce costs which earned me a promotion to Area Manager in 2009. As an Area Manager, I managed 3 territories starting in Montgomery County MD, Loudoun County VA, and Dulles Int'l Airport. At Dulles, I had the unique experience of managing all 3 brands, over 130 employees, 15 managers and supervisors, reporting directly to the VP.
