I have worked in customer service for 12 years. Started off in retail as a sales associate at Forever 21, had an opportunity to become an assistant manager at Icing by Claire's at 19. I quickly moved up in management after being scouted by District Manager of Hot Topic where i became ASM at a high volume store. My quick ability to learn new things is something I learned about myself and used that as fuel to become better each time I was faced with a new opportunity or simply a new job task. My resilience in overcoming new and unfamiliar challenges and being noticed by upper management was paying off, my hard work was paying off. Dental was always something I wanted to achieve, i liked helping people and simply being obsessed with teeth. I graduated in honors in a Dental Assisting program in 2016. Worked and managed an office and 2019 moved up to becoming revenue cycle management
