I developed personnel and implemented goals and objectives that integrated supply chain and fuels management, logistics planning and transportation into cohesive, high performing teams. I was the lead project manager for the Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services reduction planning in which we acquired three buildings, two acres of land and prevented additional tasks for 26 squadrons ultimately saving the Air Force over $1,000,000. I also led a project for the supply functional migration which returned 14 critical positions back to the organization and prevented 7 single points of failure. I was directly responsible to the Wing Commander (Director) as a trained/certified Emergency Operations Center Director and for $243,000,000 in Nuclear Weapons Related Materiel as the sole accountable officer. My award winning team had the honor and privilege of receiving the Air Force Global Strike Command Small Logistics Readiness Squadron for 2018/2019 and the Air Force’s Small Logistics Readiness Squadron for 2018.

As the Commander (Director) I was responsible for over $54,000,000 in logistics service contracts and $644,000,000 in fuels and supply accounts supporting 61 organizations, enabling the graduation of over 186,000 technical school and pilot trainees for the United States Air Force and 13 North Atlantic Treaty Organization partner nations. Additionally, I was the accountable officer managing Air Education and Training Command's only Nuclear Weapons Related Material account valued at $734,000,000 receiving zero audit discrepancies during six semi-annual inventories. I was also the lead project manager that led the planning and execution efforts for Air Education and Training Command’s 2017 Senior Leader Conference. I united a cross-functional team to achieve a flawless conference General Officer/Senior Executives. I was also selected by name to be the project manager for the 2016 Air Force wide Logistics Board and the command's representative at the Logistics Officer Utilization and Training Workshop in which we updated the career field education and training plan and set the path for all future Air Force Logistics Readiness Officers. I led operations integration for Army, Air Force, and Air National Guard organizations into a new squadron providing distribution support including cargo (35,000 shipments per year), household goods (9000 moves per year), and personnel movement (121,000 passengers (air and land), Army supply operations valued at $63 Million, air drop operations, and large scale military deployments. We were able to integrate logistics operations with Army and Air Force combat force training and deployment requirements as well as cut shipment time of equipment by 6 months saving approximately $608,000. We were also able to conduct a warehouse review which identified excess equipment saving $1,900,000.
