CurrentNon-profit organisation supporting and empowering children with chronic illnesses and their families by providing compassionate relevant services in their journey towards an enriching life.Responsibilities include:- Designing and Curating Programs: Creating and managing arts projects, events, workshops, and classes, ensuring they align with the CRS mission, goals, and their beneficiaries.- Project Planning: Overseeing the planning, logistics, and implementation of artistic initiatives, from budgeting and scheduling to coordinating with artists and programme partners.- Collaboration: Working with artists, curators, educators, and other creative professionals to develop collaborative projects, performances and exhibitions.- Strategic Planning: Developing long-term plans for arts programming, ensuring alignment with broader CRS goals and responding to evolving beneficiaries' needs.- Developing New Initiatives: Researching and proposing new ideas for arts programs that respond to emerging needs and trends.The role blends creativity, strategic planning, and community outreach to make the arts accessible and impactful for all CRS beneficiaries.
