I’m a highly motivated, great energy, the sky is the limit kind of guy.I believe that they’re is always room to learn & improve, no one knows it all! I believe standing around is just an excuse for being lazy, there’s always something to do! Even when I may not know something or it is not my area of expertise, I problem solve, I figure it out! Either by asking the questions to people in the field , making phone calls, internet (google, YouTube, etc) or sometimes just from plain out trial & error but handle it cause most likely the person you ask to solve it will be doing these exact things. I love positive energy, even when the situation may be harder than usual because team moral is HUGE! Being negative & pessimistic about things helps absolutely no one & solves nothing! I love looking to the future & trying to stay innovative, fresh, always one step ahead of the competition. It’s a relentless passion of mine that at times find hard to control. I believe in if you do something, do it right & not half a**. Your work is an extension of you, so have pride in whatever you do regardless of how small or big it may seem to you. I love interacting with new people & adapting to different personalities, even the tough ones because when I do get that difficult client, the one no one wants to work with to call & request me personally after leaving me a great review, I feel like I just climbed Mount Everest lol. I credit most of these lessons or realizations to the 16 year journey I’ve had & continue to have in the synthetic turf industry/construction. I rose from the newest entry level grunt to the top of the company, directing operations of more than 30-40 people at times . During this time I started 2 small businesses, an installation crew & testing company all while fully running the day to day operations of the entire company across multiple franchises. Unfortunately I could go on for days about things that drive & excite me but I think it’s best I leave on that note. I wish everyone nothing but success, happiness & great health, stay blessed!
