Clinical Research Manager
CurrentMicrophyt researches, develops, produces, scientifically evaluates and markets natural algae-based products from the untapped microalgal diversity with the aim of offering sustainable solutions to the food, personal care and health industries. My role within Microphyt is to scientifically evaluate the products developed by the R&D team according to the targeted marketing objectives and in agreement with the regulatory procedures.For this purpose, I design, set up and manage clinical studies, in collaboration with well recognized University and/or Contract Research Organization (CRO), required to (i) strengthen the proof of concept of new projects as well as to (ii) support marketed ingredients adapted to the Microphyt's objectives.Also, I contribute to:- establish and manage clinical trial budgets- conduct bibliographical research and draw up technical briefs/protocols for planned clinical studies- participate in scientific communication (e.g. article in international peer review journal, communication during scientific conférences etc.) to promote Microphyt’s products and clinical research inside the company and with outside customers- prepare technical materials used by sales and marketing.- the selection and management of Microphyt’s Scientific Committee- Join industry associations, participating in industry events, providing company with industry information and insight as related to clinical research, scientific innovation, and competitive analysis. - Manage database of documents related to the job
