IN 2021, I help grow our, half million-dollar, global supplies business by 6.9%. In 2020, that same business grew by 5.5% YOY. In both years the growth was contributed by initiatives understanding why customers are churning (leaving us) and getting better about building system and process to impower individuals members help us retain customers at the same time driving revenue and healthy daily order in flow. In 2019, I helped form and developed the Customer Experience team. The team was formed to help reduce churn and increase the overall satisfaction of our customers when interacting with Videojet. I have worked on countless different initiatives to help drive growth at the different companies I have had the pleasure of working for.
