With over 13 years of experience in the home services industry, I am a passionate and driven supervisor at HomeServe USA, a leading provider of home repair solutions. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked as a workforce management specialist, inside and outside sales professional, and in public service as a peace officer/correctional officer in the past.As a supervisor at HomeServe USA, I am responsible for managing an inside sales team that is responsible for recruiting and onboarding skilled contractors for HomeServe USA's nationwide contractor network. While my primary duties have me managing a team of sales professionals, my responsibilities also include in-market recruiting and site visits of contractors to ensure that we are bringing the best trades contractors in HomeServe's Network. I also build various data models for predicting contractor need by city, state, and zip code, and report on various KPIs related to the network's effectiveness and efficiency. I use my skills in sales/sales training, report writing, and data analysis to ensure that HomeServe USA has a reliable and diverse pool of contractors to meet the customers' needs and expectations. By creating operational processes, training/managing employees on the implementation of those processes, I have been able to help show an average increase on recruiting production of ~22% year over year since 2019. This results in real savings to the orginization by reducing average cost of jobs per contractor deployment, while also reducing reputational risk to the company by ensuring only fully vetted contractors are servicing our customers.
