Provide Mental Health evaluation and medication services via Telehealth throughout Oregon

Patient care position responsible for monitoring and assists patients in daily living activities to include bathing, feeding, grooming and dressing. Proficient in assisting with medical care such as collecting specimens, measuring blood pressure, pulse and respiration. Responsible for observing patient for potentially violence and socially destructive behaviors and intervening per hospital policies and procedures. The majority of time is spent communicating and interacting with individual patients to develop rapport in order to facilitate the treatment process. Additional duties include writing progress notes and updating medical records to aid client’s interdisciplinary teams in their treatment care planning.
