July 2004 - January 2007HR Administrator: Centrica, HR Services, Staines:Reason for Leaving – Department made redundant due to outsourcing of the HR function.July 2006, Company Org Structure:• First line contact for all managers with queries on their structure usually relating to change in their structure.• Undergoing large restructures to tight deadlines normally resulting in the movement of thousands of employees, moving them under new managers, cost codes and locations through the creation of positions and organisational units, using SAP.• Using SAP on a daily basis to update structures, run reports on structures and analyse data especially when large restructures were completed.• Prioritise workloads within the team making sure service level agreements were met.• Support new staff on Org Management (SAP) and resolve errors made by less experienced users.November 2005, Company Car Advisor:• Regularly liaising on a daily basis with Lombard Vehicle Management (external car supplier), making sure the company car processes ran efficiently.• Gained comprehensive understanding of the company car benefit scheme.
