Aggregated data, even data set to private, can be used in public facing data summations which can expose secret locations.https://taskandpurpose.com/tech-tactics/strava-military-bases-opsec-map/This led me to a personal project I'm calling OPSEC Fitness, which obfuscates the GPS data in the fitness files produced by fitness trackers, so that stats such as pace, distance, heartrate, etc. stay the same, but the location is somewhere else. I'm working on multiple algorithms to accomplish this. The simplest method is transposing the GPS points to another location.
