I am a polymer/organic chemist with 15+ years of industrial product development experience in both formulation and new molecule/polymer contexts. I am a committed and conscientious shepherd of new technical developments with cross-functional teams through stages of ideation, laboratory proof-of-concept, pilot application, obtaining regulatory approvals, pilot- and full-scale manufacturing, customer applications, and product launch including post-manufacture technical support and troubleshooting at both customer and plant sites. I possess a strong track record of profitable new product introductions, novel intellectual property contributions, and polished presentations and written papers. I am technically flexible, having worked with small molecules for medicinal/pharmaceutical applications; water-soluble polymers used in the pulp and paper industry; and thermosetting polymeric resin systems for marine, transportation, and infrastructure markets.
