I came on board Dollar Thrifty at a difficult time with issues of being understaffed and being under new management now becoming a part of Hertz cooperation. My impact in helping turn around our once negative NPS score to now ranging between at 41.7% - 63% by indulging in the well being of our customers receiving 5 star reviews, making customers leave happy and share the valuable experience renting from Dollar Thrifty. Oversee daily operations for for both Dollar and Thrifty which includes all rental agents, lot agents, bus drivers and our MLS crew for certain tasks I asked to be completed. The beginning of my civilian career in operations started right here. I was hired on as a lead material handler right off the bat due to my military experience. Involved in unloading trailers, providing customer service for customer pick - ups. I conducted inventories, organized the warehouse and volunteered for anything and everything to display initiative. March 2014 my unmatched, marine corp work ethic was rewarded promoting me to Warehouse Supervisor. From here I conducted weekly safety meetings for training employees on OSHA Safety rules and procedures. I managed all incoming and outgoing shipments, issued employee tasks and became inventory manager responsible for 2,000 + appliances.
