I transitioned from a Part-Time support role to Full-Time Supervisor in August 2019. I oversee every job, planning each stage from preparation to finalization. I am fully competent in nearly all aspects of residential and commercial painting. I drive a company vehicle and am responsible for inventory.

I planned and directed all music, rehearsals, and activities for 7 performing ensembles, with membership totaling 120 active participants at my time of departure. I managed the finances, inventory, and purchasing for the organization. I established allied relationships with other campus departments and in the Prescott community to expand opportunities for the organization to grow. In addition to my official duties, I served on the Graduation Committee, the Campus Outreach Committee, and I administered the Passport To ERAU program for incoming freshmen.

I provided classroom General Music instruction to Grades 2-8 in accordance with Arizona State Standards. I directed two bands, taught a beginning guitar class, and provided private instruction on all instruments.

Prescott, Arizona

I was responsible for maintaining a high level of service in the store, building customer loyalty, resolving low-level complaints, directing other employees, managing inventory, scheduling, and safety standards compliance (HazMat, IIPP).

Responsibilities: I brought revenue to the local Home Depot store by selling Roofing, Siding, and Windows installation services to customers. I generated appointments in the store. This included approaching customers directly and staging events. Once an appointment was generated, I ran the appointment in the customer's home. The appointment included an assessment of the current condition of the product, a measurement, a presentation of the new product, and a bid proposal. When I sold an installation, I also processed payments in the home.

Responsibilities: I sold Dunn-Edwards Paints for exterior re-paint projects such as commercial buildings, apartment communities, and homeowner associations. My scope of work included writing technical specifications, designing color palettes, administering the bidding process, and presenting Dunn-Edwards products to boards, committees, and building owners. I secured new business by networking with other professionals in various industry organizations, coordinating company participation in major industry events, and by giving lunch presentations to property management offices. I was supervised remotely and thus managed my own time and budget. I coordinated bid walks at which I presented a project to several bidding contractors. I was a team leader in my division and was responsible for advising my team on matters of company policy, paint technology, report due dates, and any miscellaneous questions.
