Supervised the Quality Assurance Division by mentoring 8 employees in the process of inspections, auditing,and quality control of a Maintenance Department for the AV8B Harrier.Developed and applied a new trend data analysis system that is able to trend and track maintenance documentation, incorrect procedures, and individual maintenance action forms 25% faster then the previous version.Trained 6 new Quality Assurance Representatives (QARs), familiarizing them with the procedures of the Quality Assurance Division, safety procedures, and aircraft inspection procedures.Conducted annual compliance training for 40 program managers on auditing procedure, documentation, and inspection timelines.Oversaw the Squadron through 4 different major maintenance inspection cycles where the overall score was always above average. Conducted annual training classes for 160 employees on the basics of safety and program areas to include Hazardous material handling, electrical shock procedures, Mishap safety, and fall protection procedures. Advised Maintenance employees and high echelon command members on the safety and quality of the maintenance department and provided trend data with safety and procedure infractions noted. Inspected aircraft flight controls, landing gear, structures, and emergency systems on a $27M aircraft to ensure safe and effective aircraft are available for the daily flight operations.Replaced, adjusted, and repaired landing gear, flight control surfaces, Structures, and hydraulics during scheduled and unscheduled Maintenance actions for 12 aircraft fleet.
