Software Engineer, Rendering
As a software engineer for TeraRecon's rendering team, I developed solutions for volume rendering systems critical to TeraRecon's medical image visualization products. I leveraged object-oriented software design, debugging, testing, and documentation skills in Windows and Linux environments using C++ and CUDA kernel programming, as well as Python and other scripting languages. I completed a 14-year backlog of documentation for a volume rendering library application programming interface (API), and applied technical writing skills to create a modular user guide with more than 400 pages of cross-referenced documentation. I contributed to backend development feature requests, user stories, and bug fixes as a member of a server-side Agile scrum team.
