I work two job titles for climate pros, which job title and responsibilities depends on the scope of work bid by our office, if we are the general contractor on the job it is my responsibility to coordinate with the subcontracted trades, scheduling completion, delivery, etc. dates. Achieve completion by our target or contract date, as well as lead job site meetings, maintain OSHA standard of job site cleanliness and enforce safety standards.-My second title for climatepros is CARPENTER FOREMAN. As the carpenter foreman I make sure we have the manpower and materials to complete the job in the timeframe proposed, coordinate with management, general contractor, as well as other trades to assure the work preformed is completed to the costumer and local health, safety and building standards. Lead a crew in a way to ensure the job get done safely, in a timely manner, and to uphold our quality of work.
