o Project leadership, management, and oversight of all CAPEX projects for 1 million sqft Frito Lay manufacturing plant. Projects range from maintenance upgrades, new line installs, line expansions, facility upgrades, safety improvements, to automated warehouse upgrades. o Lead technical-based programs across manufacturing in the areas of Resource Conservation (RC), FCAP, and Productivity. These responsibilities include:o 750k Steam system upgraded to bring plant condensate return back to 90%. (RC/FCAP)o 1.2 M HVAC expansion project for our SCP line to reduce the number of unplanned wet washes occurring weekly and lower finished waste produced. (Productivity)o Plant Representative for all HQ based projects. Running a 20M expansion project for our PC and BCP packaging lines. Ensure timeline/pre-work occur safely, on time, and on budget.o Managed 75 projects with an 8M spend across site driven and HQ driven capital in 2021.o Managed 105 projects with a 31M spend across site driven and HQ driven capital in 2022. o Manage all on site contractors. This can range from 5 to 100+ people on site depending on the work being performed.o Resource Conservation Lead for the plant. o Lead turbo remanufacturing development projects to improve process yield and reduce material cost. This involved resolving specific component defects with solutions that may include traditional subtractive methods, as well as more modern additive methods like twin wire arc, HVOF, laser cladding, and laser welding. o Lead global remanufacturing process technology development projects to develop new inspection, cleaning or refurbishment methods. o Determined the manufacturing strategy and capital requirements for new salvage processes that are sufficiently capable, cost‐effective and aligned with plant operational needs. o Developed new repairs and robotic disassembly system that began generating 700k in savings in 2019.o Initialized projects saving $1M+ annually in cleaning, machining, and process optimization heading into 2020 in collaboration with our Research and Technology Center.

o Developed and improved tooling, process planning, and 3D models to successfully insource and PPAP four parts to production on the 5 axis Mazak 1850 CNC machines.o In the Control phase of leading the “Mazak Capability Project”, a data driven project to stabilize the 1850s processes and reduce cost of poor quality COPQ/Reject notices by 50%. o Developed processes to stabilize the Titan 130 turbine housing to take it from the worst COPQ part in the building (158% reject rate) to a fully approved PPAP part.o Titan 130E new product introduction (NPI) representative accountable for product cost reduction, quality, lead times, bill of materials setup, manufacturability, and interdepartmental program support. o Developed inventive exhaust diffuser/bearing housing/air inlet repair plans and process changes that save $450,000 in scrap, product, and repair costs yearly.o Brought project to the Analyze phase while leading the “Part Family Project”. This project focused on the fragmented part families, outdated machining methods/tooling, and overall flow of parts through the building. Conceptual layouts for the building were finalized. Savings was estimated up to $4.03M yearly once fully implemented.
